One World, One Love, and One big Tamang Family
Building a Tamang Positive community through social-network and good-work.
The world is how you see, and your life is how you think. Think that this world is our home, our community is our family and we love unconditionally everyone of our family members. Indeed there are seekers with the strong desire for peace and love existing in their family community, cultures, and all societies and all faiths. Each and everyone's final goal is to achieve peace and freedom in their lives, no matter what religion community/society he belongs to. In fact, we all human being in this planet are interconnected, and their final dream and destination is same, that is inner peace and outer peace and that we can achieve when our family community give us a good lesson and moral education. So our Key values and visions are building peaceful environment in our tamang community and positive society for the coming generation. However, we Tamang families are dedicated to share positive ideas/experiences and help each other in the time of emergencies and challenging moment through our community.
Community service isn’t about padding one’s resume, it isn’t about doing things so that one might be proud and arrogant about it. But it is the dawning realization of to the greater understanding our humanity, our fragility and a greater appreciation of the great lives that so many of us lead and deem to be “normal” – when it pretty much is extraordinary in its own respect relative to many other individuals around the world. We can speed up the realization of good community building ideas if we live our lives consistent with community priorities. The good thing that practically every activity and every moment grants us the opportunity to practice community-minded behavior.
There are several ways we can start the courageous good work of building positive community today.
Invite your friends and people you know to the community meeting and events. It is convenient to show our importance by pitting “us” against “them.” But “they” may have insights that will help us better understand the problem and appreciate the marvelous tensions that form a healthy community.
Support a cause with no personal benefit. We are involved with things we care about the most. That’s natural. However, the most interesting and possibly most important discoveries happen in the spaces between interests and disciplines and ideologies. Step outside your natural zone—it’s necessary for discovering new solutions.
Reject the tendency to blame. Everyone plays a role in the problem and everyone must participate in the solution. Practice compassion towards those who, like ourselves, unwittingly contribute to the problem they wish to solve.
Take interest in other people’s passions as much as you want them to be interested in yours. We all have ideas for how life should be. The thing is that, unless we are unsurpassed geniuses, we only see a small part of the picture. Asking others what they see can only enhance understanding.
Become a mentor to others less involved in their community. In every community there is a small, overworked group of leaders who try to figure out everything for everyone. They go to all the meetings and take on huge loads of work while others are silent—until it is time for them to complain. This will not do. If you are such a leader, mentor someone with less experience. If you are not, approach someone and ask them to mentor you.
Confront internal contradictions. Claiming that the problem is someone else's doing conveniently absolves us from doing our part. If I drive my car to a transportation meeting and complain about traffic jams, it’s necessary that I acknowledge my contribution to that traffic. At the very least, acknowledge the irony of the situation.
Render unto community… help people around you, volunteer the free time of your life, share ideas and experience with the people around and bring more of your friends to get involved in the community. Anytime you bump into others you learn something new, share experiences and ideas which will help to make our community a bit stronger. Remember, social network is the most powerful tools to get ahead in our life.
Hence, We are building a global social network for all Tamang family community and those all people whoever want to support our mission and vision. We strive to establish peaceful harmonious culture in our tamang society through our social-network and good-work. And we believe, working together as a team we can build our Tamang positive community for the betterment of our next generations.
